Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be approved.

• unused
• unworn
• unwashed
• free of stains, odors, or visible damage
• original tags attached when applicable
• original packaging included when possible
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items

• washed garments
• items missing original tags or packaging
• clearance or final sale items

• digital gift card

Store credit and digital gift cards do not expire.

Once received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Financial institutions may take additional time to reflect refunds.
Store credit is usually issued within 24–48 hours after approval.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Pre-Order Refund Policy
At Kute Riot, customers may request a refund or cancellation for eligible pre-order items if fulfillment times become longer than expected. The refund request process for preorder items follows the same general process as standard refund requests.
If requesting a refund related to a preorder item, we recommend including “Pre-Order Delay” within your request reason to help us process your request faster.

Accidental Purchases & Duplicate Orders
If an incorrect or duplicate order is placed, contact must be made within 12 hours.
After this timeframe, orders may already be processed.
If shipped, the return process may still apply if eligible.
Customer-Caused Damage
Refunds are not available for damage caused by:
• improper washing or care
• normal wear
• alterations or modifications
• misuse
Clearance & Final Sale Items
Items marked as clearance or final sale are non-refundable.

Discounts, Coupons & Refund Amounts
