Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Processing includes:
• Order verification
• Quality inspection
• Packaging
• Shipping label creation
• Dispatch to the shipping carrier
Orders may be processed and shipped throughout the week, including weekends and holidays when available.
However, processing times may vary depending on:

During promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer.

Processing Time vs Shipping Time
Processing time and shipping time are two separate timeframes.
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare an order for shipment.
Shipping time refers to the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package after it has been shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellation
Order changes or cancellations may be requested within 16 hours of placing an order.
After this period, orders may already be in processing or sent to fulfillment and cannot be canceled or modified.

Split Payment at Checkout

Multiple Suppliers & Split Shipments
Kute Riot partners with multiple trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners to curate a wide selection of trendy and high-quality pieces.
Because our products may ship from different supplier warehouses or partner locations, orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
If this occurs:

• Multiple tracking numbers may be provided
• Packages may arrive at different times
Some items may ship directly from our partner suppliers. In certain cases, packaging may reflect the fulfillment partner or shipping provider used for that item.

Pre-Order Items Policy
At Kute Riot, select sold-out or high-demand items may become available for pre-order. Customers who place a pre-order on eligible items may receive 10% off that item as part of our preorder program.
What “As Soon As Possible” Means
Pre-order items are fulfilled as soon as inventory becomes available from our suppliers. While we work closely with our suppliers to restock items as quickly as possible, exact restock and shipping timeframes may vary and are sometimes outside of our control.

Customers may request a cancellation or refund for a pre-order item if the waiting period becomes longer than expected. If submitting a cancellation or refund request related to preorder delays, customers should include “Pre-Order Delay” as the reason for the request.
Kute Riot also reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any pre-order at our discretion if:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Packages Marked as Delivered
Once a shipment has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
