Purchase Options, Pre-Orders & Cancellation Policy

By placing an order through our website, customers agree to the terms outlined below regarding purchases, preorder items, cancellations, processing times, supplier limitations, and fulfillment conditions.

Products offered on Kute Riot may include multiple purchase options depending on supplier availability, inventory status, seasonal demand, or promotional releases. These purchase options may include:

  • Pre-order purchases

  • Limited quantity releases

  • Promotional preorder discounts

  • Special restock opportunities

Availability may vary at any time without notice. Kute Riot reserves the right to modify, limit, pause, or remove certain purchase options based on inventory availability, supplier changes, fulfillment limitations, or operational needs.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders begin processing once payment has been successfully received and verified. Certain items may begin fulfillment preparation immediately through our suppliers and fulfillment partners.

Please note:

  • Processing and shipping times may vary depending on supplier availability

  • Some items may ship separately from different suppliers

  • Supplier delays, inventory shortages, production issues, weather conditions, or carrier delays may impact fulfillment timelines

  • Estimated shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates

Customers are responsible for ensuring all billing, shipping, and contact information is entered correctly at checkout.

Pre-Order Purchases

Select products may become available for preorder when temporarily out of stock or awaiting supplier restocks. Eligible preorder items may occasionally include promotional discounts, including preorder savings offers.

By purchasing a preorder item, customers acknowledge and understand that:

  • “As soon as possible” fulfillment refers to shipment once the item becomes available from the supplier

  • Exact restock and delivery timeframes may be unforeseeable or subject to delays outside of Kute Riot’s control

  • Preorder fulfillment timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed

  • Supplier production, inventory, manufacturing, or shipping delays may occur

  • Certain preorder items may take significantly longer than standard order processing times

Kute Riot will continue communicating with suppliers and monitoring inventory updates to fulfill preorder items as quickly as reasonably possible.

Preorder quantities may also be limited per customer depending on supplier availability and demand.

Cancellation Requests

Customers may request order cancellations by contacting our support team as soon as possible after placing an order. However, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment preparation has begun.

Kute Riot reserves the right to deny cancellation requests for:

  • Orders already processed or shipped

  • Preorder items already submitted to suppliers

  • Limited-release, exclusive, or made-to-order products

  • Orders already in fulfillment preparation

  • Orders impacted by inventory allocation or supplier reservation systems

Customers may request cancellation of preorder items if fulfillment timelines become longer than expected. When submitting a cancellation or refund request related to preorder delays, customers are encouraged to include “Pre-Order Delay” as the request reason for faster review.

If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method in accordance with our refund processing timelines.

Right to Refuse, Limit, or Cancel Orders

To protect our business operations, inventory integrity, supplier relationships, and fraud prevention systems, Kute Riot reserves the right to:

  • Refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit purchase quantities per customer, household, or order

  • Restrict multiple orders suspected of reseller activity, abuse, or fraudulent behavior

  • Cancel orders impacted by supplier inventory inaccuracies, pricing errors, fulfillment limitations, or stock shortages

  • Request additional billing or identity verification for suspicious transactions

If an order is canceled by Kute Riot after payment has been received, customers will receive a refund to their original payment method.

Customer Acknowledgment & Responsibility

By completing a purchase through Kute Riot, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Shipping, restock, and fulfillment timelines may vary

  • Supplier delays and inventory limitations can occasionally impact estimated delivery windows

  • Certain products may become unavailable after purchase due to live inventory changes

  • Cancellation approval is not guaranteed once processing begins

  • Preorder purchases may involve extended wait times beyond standard shipping estimates

  • Promotional preorder discounts do not guarantee priority fulfillment timelines

Customers are encouraged to review all product descriptions, sizing details, shipping information, refund terms, and policy pages before completing checkout.
